I loved the stay here. Had perfect 10/10 stay during winter time. The room was functional and compact with smoke detectors for my safety. The bathroom was big with a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets. The amiable and helpful staff made a good impression. The view of garden was nice, as well as remote location just off the restaurant, Surettas and the outskirts of town. Had lunch/dinner at Joe's Easy Diner, which I found at walking distance from the hotel:)))

Spent Christmas at a hotel that had two complementary facts offered. Enjoyed the key location, with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. the best aspect of the hotel was the swimming pool; it was perfect for spending hot days relaxing by the poolside.
The water at the hotel tasted badly and when showering, it left some dirt on the body. It was the worst aspect, as it was uncomfortable and made us feel dirty.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its excellent value for money. The prices were reasonable for what we got, and the attention to detail was impressive. The location in the suburbs was convenient, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding attractions. The staff provided great service, ensuring that each bedroom had separate DSTV channels as requested. We appreciated having a kitchen with all the necessary amenities, and the option to sit outside in the garden was a lovely bonus. The double beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious.
All was fine and met our expectations.

The Christmas lights and decorations were beautiful and really created a festive atmosphere. The location was ideal, with easy access to entertainment and shopping venues. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made our stay more enjoyable.
The room we stayed in was not as clean as we expected and there were some maintenance issues. The air conditioning was very poor and the towels were rough and uncomfortable.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the city center and offered clean and spacious rooms. the beds were comfortable and fresh towels were provided. the bathroom was well-appointed and had a large shower. the staff was friendly and helpful. Filter coffee was available.
The breakfast was a complete disaster, with old and stale food served. One guest reported overcooked and dried out scrambled eggs, and another received dry and unappetizing sausages.
